  • What is Mapscaper?
    Mapscaper is a platform that enables event planners to organize and visualize their field operations, from mapping events and properties in detail to estimating task time, measuring efficiency and adjusting the plan. Unlike manual processes and paper maps, Mapscapers platform organizes and automates equipment lists, staffing, schedule and a whole lot more! Replacing the need for an art board map and spreadsheets with a digitized intelligent plan.
  • Who is Mapscaper for?
    Mapscaper is designed for outdoor event planners, event production and logistics planners as well and venue and property managers. If your business operates in the great outdoors, then Mapscaper is for you!
  • Are there any system requirements?
    Mapscaper is web-based, all you need is an internet connection to access the software. Mapscaper can be used through web browsers, including Google Chrome, Firefos, Safari & Edge. Mapscaper is also supported on iOS and Android devices.
  • Are there any commitments or contracts?
    Mapscaper subscriptions have no commitments or contracts. If you sign up for Mapscapers monthly subscription plan, you can cancel your subscription at anytime without penalty. If you sign up for an annual subscription, you are billed for the entire year at the beginning of your subscription. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade or downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused. See our terms of service for further information.
  • What happens after my trial period exipres?
    Nearing the end of your trial, we’ll send you a reminder to enter your billing information to ensure uninterrupted service. You can enter your billing information under subscription in your organization settings. If your account does expire before you enter your billing information don’t worry, nothing will be deleted. You can login to your account at any time to enter your billing info and continue using Mapscaper.
  • Where do the earth images come from?
    Mapscaper is built with Google Maps and thats where the map image is supplied from. Custom overlays can be added though our support team for an additonal fee. Custom overlays can be a CAD map or high resolution arial photography helping you get the most up to date imagry.
